That's where our story (and legacy) began. 

 

STANDING AT A CAREER CROSSROADS   

Brian grew up in Russell, Kansas, and attended the Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut. From an early age, he excelled in activities that required physical and mental stamina. At the Academy, he played baseball, basketball, and participated in track and field events, but when he moved to Las Vegas he found himself at a fork in the road. Would he pursue a career in baseball? Or would he pursue his dream of working in the real estate industry?

 

BUILDING A BUSINESS ON HIS OWN TERMS

Brian ultimately decided to start his career in the real estate industry, where he quickly became a top producer with the Brinkus Team. Despite his early success as a Realtor, he soon started dabbling with the lending side of the business to add another tool to his belt. In 2002, he made the transition to lending and became a loan originator. Four years later, he opened up his own mortgage company with the intention of removing all the inefficiencies that had become common in the mortgage process.

 

REDEFINING THE INDUSTRY'S STANDARDS OF SUCCESS

Over the past two decades, Brian has originated over $XXX million in loans and has built his business primarily from referrals and repeat clients. Today he is known for creating the “ultimate homebuying experience” with his vast knowledge of the industry and attention to detail. He also spends his time working as a real estate coach and speaker, sharing the same blueprint he used for success with other agents. In 2018, he launched Mortgage Box with a goal of ushering in a new era of mortgage lending.
